Please cancel the back orders for APO-Perphenazine for the following pack sizes and reissue the Purchase Orders with the new item number based on the release dates.
There are no changes to the size, shape or colour of the tablets. One side of the tablet will be engraved with the strength and the other side will be plain.
Please keep ordering the 16mg under the old APO label until we advise you of the availability of this SKU with the new label.
